Thank you for your interest in our villas.
They are located in Southwest Orlando, two miles from Universal Studios and twelve miles from Walt Disney World. They are right beside Cypress Creek Golf Course (public). There is a community pool, jacuzzi, tennis and volleyball courts.
The units are , 1260 square feet, have two bedrooms (one Queen bed in each) and a loft (one double and two single beds and two bathrroms. They are fully furnished (including linens) and have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, telephone, TV (basic cable), VCR, ice maker, coffemaker, microwave, toaster, iron, alarm clock, AM/FM Cassette recorder, and hair dryer.
If you are interested, please call or email to confirm availability, then send a check for deposit. We will send you confirmation by US or Email when we receive your check. Full payment is then required one month before your stay. We then mail you the key. We return your deposit when you return the key. Please note that in the event of cancellation, your deposit will only be returned if you go at a later date or you refer someone who goes for the same length of time.
Rates: 525 dollars per week
